This website is partially compliant with the requirements set out in Annex A of the UNI CEI EN 301549 standard due to the non-compliance cases listed below.

The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons—non-compliance with Law No. 4 of 9 January 2004:

• 1.1.1: Some non-text content presented to users does not have a text alternative that serves the same purpose;
• 1.3.1: Information, structure, and relationships conveyed through presentation may not be programmatically determined or available in text;
• 1.3.5: The purpose of each input field collecting user information may not be programmatically determinable;
• 1.4.1: Colour may be used as the only visual means of conveying information, indicating an action, prompting a response, or distinguishing a visual element;
• 1.4.3: The visual presentation of text and images containing text does not always meet the required minimum contrast ratio, except as permitted (e.g., logos);
• 1.4.10: Content magnification is not always available without increasing the line length;
• 2.4.4: Not all available links are understandable to users;
• 2.4.7: Not all elements on the website receive visible focus;
• 3.3.2: Content authors may not have provided instructions or labels identifying form controls, making it unclear what user input is expected;
• 4.1.1: Content implemented using markup languages may have incomplete start and end tags, may not be nested according to specifications, may contain duplicate attributes, or may have non-unique IDs;
• 4.1.2: Not all components on the website provide their name, role, or value;

This statement was prepared on 16/07/2025. The evaluation was carried out internally through both objective and subjective analysis (see Article 3, paragraph 1 of Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/1523) and using the Mauvee++ tool.
The statement will be reviewed periodically (at least annually) to verify the accuracy of the information contained in this accessibility statement.
